1. Pwedeng + Inf verb + subject
hal: Pwedeng magluto ang nanay mamaya.
Pwedeng lutuin ng nanay ang pansit mamaya.
2. Pwede + pronoun + lig + Inf Verb
hal: Pwede siyang magluto mamaya.
Pwede niyang lutuin ang pansit mamaya.
3. Pwede + particle + pron + lig + Inf verb
hal: Pwede na siyang magluto mamaya.
Pwede na niyang lutuin ang pansit mamaya.

Yeah, @nikkidlp is correct here. "Puwede" is often better translated as "am (I) allowed" or "may (I)"

@nikkidlp another word to use is marunong. Marunong akong magbasa

Puwede: Asking permission or refers to what is possible to exist, or to happen. Maaari=Puwede.
