@BoraMac How do you figure out someone else's starter word?

@jkos Same way you solve any puzzle...a couple green hits greatly narrow possibilities. Many times I work backwards when a "U' hits in a starter word...I find those words interesting. Mostly I just forget the previous days word by the time I return. Had I saved all my games, my intution would be much stronger...pero...not enough hours in the day.

How do you poach?

I don't poach. I work backwards for FUN. Work forwards for FUN...work backwards for FUN. P-L-A-S-T-C-I-T-Y. Not poaching.I see an interesting open...I wonder...what is that word...what can I LEARN by working BACKWARDS for FUN. LEARN FORWARDS...LEARN BACKWARDS. PUZZLE naman! LEARN from the SMARTS of other MEMBERS of the COMMUNITY. Saya2 naman. I made that comment many pages ago.Just asking...I would be surprised if poaching has never happened. But I am on a journey of a Million Mistakes...sorry to say I doubt even 100,000 yet. Yata...isa pa ba.At least in a COMMUNITY...we might foster a bit of COMMUNIcation? Enjoy na po!

mh ... it seems people are ignoring me ... or at least my question .... What is the meaning of to POACH in this discussion ... remember, I am NOT a native English speaker ... but of course I have a dictionary, it says: ... to poach = to go hunting without a license ... This doesnt seem to make much sense to me in this discussion ... maybe it is something about "stealing a guess" ... ?????
