Can someone please explain the following 'incomplete/present tense' prefixes.
How are they different and how/when do i use them?

Root Word: Ramdam ( to feel / feelings )

Maka / Naka = Nakakaramdam

Ma / Na = Nararamdaman

Paki = Pakiramdam

Do you have a grammar book that you are using? There's actually a subtle difference between nararamdaman and nakakaramdam (or more properly as nakararamdan). Nararamdaman is "feeling" while nakararamdan is "being able to feel".

The difference between nakararamdan and nararamdaman might be a little too advance for you yet.

I suggest, master the basic conjugations and focus (the actor, object, benefactive, locative) first before delving into the more complex affixes.
