Hello! My name is Trae. I am from Houston and I am a Beginner Filipino language student.
I am studying the Filipino language because I’m half Filipino and white and would like to learn my native language.

@Trae Welcome! I'm in the Houston area (Northeast / Kingwood area), what part are you in? It seems like Filipinos are most heavily concentrated in the south part of Houston -- Sugarland, Pearland, those areas. Glad to have you! We have a number of people from Houston here now, maybe we should schedule a meetup at some point!
