Many written/physical dictionaries include the marks. It’d be hard to say which is more definitive than another. The UP Dictionary is fairly well respected and includes the diacritical marks, but it’s written in Tagalog.
UP Dictionary: If you search the dictionary on this website, then click the blue “Other Dictionaries” button in the search results, you can then click the “UP Diksiyonaryo” button to pull up their entry for the word (in Tagalog) and compare.
I’ve found that for some words, even well respected sources can ocasionally have conflicting info...I assume this is more commonly because of regional differences than actual error, since the authors of the sources are all native Tagalog speakers.
