Hi - New to the forum. I was born in Manila but moved the US at age 2 and was never taught it in the home (although can understand the gist if things if listening to speakers, but can't answer in tagalog). Trying to learn how to speak in order to connect more strongly with the culture and family still living in the PI. Last visited Jan of 2020 (right before the world shutdown)! Hello to any fellow New Yorkers (and everyone else, as well LOL)!
