Hello! I heard of a song called 'Masdan Mo Ang Kapaligiran' and I'd like you guys to translate two stanzas of the song. I don't really understand it. Could you also try to give out its meaning? Thanks in advance.

Here's the stanzas:

Ang mga duming ating ikinalat sa hangin
Sa langit, huwag na nating paabutin
Upang kung tayo'y pumanaw man
Sariwang hangin, sa langit natin matitikman

Mayro'n lang akong hinihiling
Sa aking pagpanaw, sana ay tag-ulan
Gitara ko ay aking dadalhin
Upang sa ulap na lang tayo magkantahan

I love this song and tried to translate it myself a few months ago! Unfortunately, I don't have my notebook with my translation with me but here's my attempt to re-translate (hard to capture the same poetry in English):

The filth we scattered in the air
towards the sky (heavens), we must not let it reach
So that even if we were to die
Fresh air, we'll taste in heaven

I only have one request
upon my death [when I'm gone], I hope it's the rainy season
I'll bring with me my guitar
So that just in the clouds now, we'll sing together

I just wish I had passed away, hopefully in the rainy season I will bring my guitar So that we can sing in the cloud

I don't know if that's right, but that's my understanding 😊
