Meaning of Magkaloobito or just the root Kaloobito?
 
Context is Upang huwag magaga, huwag maapi, kinakailangang magkaloobito na kunilala at tumakwil sa mga lilong may balatkayo.•

magago = to be fooled/deceived; magaga (fem)
maapí = to be oppressed/abused
magkaloobito (misjoined) > magkaloób ito (this) = (this) to have/be endowed with the courage/will (usually, to do what is right or necessary)
kunilala (misspelled) > kumilala = to recognize/discern
tumakwíl = to disown/repudiate
lilong (lilo na) = deceitful, false
balátkayó = false appearance, disguise, camouflage
 
Translation: So as not to be fooled, not to be exploited, one needs to have the courage/ the good sense to discern and repudiate deceit in disguise.
