Could you please tell me the difference between maikli and maiksi?
Ang buhok niya ay maiksi. Can you say that maikli instead?
Ang bestidang ito ay medyo maikli. Can you say that maiksi instead?

They are the same, and there is one more: maigsi
 
I think the difference is just regional dialect and preference.

@HiroseAyaka84 as far as I know, it’s MAIGSI not MAIKSI. sometimes, it gets lost in the pronunciation. And yes, MAIKLI AND MAIGSI have the same meaning - short.
