Question: What does, "Ano naman ito sa mga _​_​_​_?" mean?
 
Does this mean "What does this have to do with _​_​_​_?"
 
For example, does "Ano naman ito sa mga Pinoy?" mean "What does this have to do with Filipinos?"

Hello! The one from the link you attached means "Then what is it for Filipinos?" as it is trying to explain how Janken Pon (from CN and JP) has transformed to Jack n' Poy in the PH.
Does this mean "What does this have to do with _​_​_​_?" For example, does "Ano naman ito sa mga Pinoy?" mean "What does this have to do with Filipinos?"

But this is not a wrong translation and it can be used in other situations ^^

@NovaChromatic "Ano naman ito sa mga Pinoy" - it explains an analogy. Janken Pon in China. What is it called in the Philippines? Jack n poy.
