Ewan ko sayo = I don’t know about you.

Bahala ka sa buhay mo. = It’s you’re life.

Both have a tinge of being critical toward the person being talked to.

Hi! There are two or more meaning. Depends on how the speaker meant by these words. TLDCadmin already said the exact literal translation of it...but they could also be mean something (Both "Ewan ko sa'yo!" And "Bahala ka sa buhay mo!") Could mean "Whatever!"
It might be a habitual expression of the speaker. Might be joke or there could be a hint of flirty or giddy retort of that person. Same translation also goes to angry retort of a person who might got offended .... Or "there's nothing more he/she can say to you."
As in he/she might be out of words. 😉

"Ewan ko sa yo" can also mean "Whatever".

Bahala ka sa buhay MO (not KO) literally means, "you're in charge of your life", as in, "do what you please, or do as you want"(since you're the one in charge of your life). When you mean it to say "whatever", the implication again is "you choose what action you want to take; it's your life". It can be said sarcastically, or jokingly, depends on the context and relationship.

yes..."whatever"...but when I hear "ewan ko"...I think.."meh...don't know...don't care."

Takes me cycle through the feelings of all 3 flavors...as I try to figure out what she really meant. :D
