Question: They look down on me.

I.e. They think that I have very little value as a human being, maybe because I am poor, for example.
Magmamaliit sila sa akin.
and
Mababa ang tingin nila sa akin.
seem to be possibilities.
My ex used to say, "They look me down." She was a Tagalog speaker, so I wonder what the Tagalog original was that she had in mind?
Best Wishes
Simon

@seitt Hello Simon, I'm sorry to hear that your ex had such feelings. The following phrases could be the possibilities she had in mind.

Minamaliit nila ako.
Mababa ang tingin nila sa akin.
Hinahamak nila ako.
Wala akong kwenta sa kanila. / Wala akong halaga sa kanila.

Btw, that last one reminds me of another thing she used to say which really amounts to the same thing. It was along these lines:
(If you do such-and-such a thing / If you are such-and-such a person...) Wala silang pakialam sayo. (They don't care about you.)
Yes, she had had a hard life, but she's a fighter!
