Question: What does this mean?

I'm reading a tula from my textbook which one of the stanzas I don't understand, could you guys explain what it means? Thanks in advance, here's the stanza:

Minsan ay hillaw pa'y iniaalok na
Ang sukat ko't tugmang pakikinisin pa
Habol-habol kasi ang oras na kapos
Ang di libreng FREE TEXT ay baka maubos.

@landaspantas Thank you! I'm learning Tagalog because I decided to study in the Philippines, I don't really understand much words so that's why my Tagalog's terrible.
