I could translate the sentences for you. However, in translating, it is important to know the context. There are so many ways to translate a sentence depending on the context and the focus. Let me show you some of the examples.
 
I want to tell you a secret - Gusto kong sabihin sa iyo ang sikreto. Direct translation
Gusto kitang sabihan ng (lihim) sekreto.
 
Tell me what you want - Sabihin mo sa akin(.) ano ang gusto mo. Direct translation.
Sabihin mo kung ano ang gusto mo.
 
Tell me what gift to buy your baby -
Sabihin mo sa akin ano ang regalo na bibilhin sa iyong baby (sanggol). - DT
Sabihin mo sa akin anong regalo ang bibilhin para sa iyong baby.
Sabihin mo sa akin kung anong regalo ang bibilhin para sa iyong baby.
Sabihin mo sa akin kung anong regalo ang bibilihin para sa baby mo.
 
The last sentence for each translation is more conversational. The direct translation is a little bit awkward. (If awkward is the correct term?) Whichever you use though the Tagalog speakers will understand you.
