Siesta Fiesta-Sineko 5inko.)
In Manila the local station will play American movies that have been dubbed into Tagalog.
Does anyone know where i can buy copys of some of these?

You can't buy it anywhere. Copyrights to those are owned by broadcast stations and their rights to the film does not include selling it with Tagalog dubbing. Those versions are mainly used in scheduled programs on non-cable and cable tv channels. The best place to find some of those is in Youtube (not really sure though).
