Question: The verb mákabayad, stress on the first syllable of the prefix (to be able to pay) and makábayad, stress on the second syllable of the prefix (to get the change to pay). Is this correct?

@Bituingmaykinang I think it's a typo, "to get the chance to pay".
To me , to be able and to get the chance to pay are basically the same anyway.
