Question:
Can mga guro dito please provide mga halimbawa for common Tagalog phrases or idioms?
I found several good ones sa philippinehalohalo.c om/tagalog-idioms-me aning-usage. Are there any that are common that weren't mentioned in this site?
for example I'd like to know how Tagalog speakers would say "beat around the bush" (avoid saying something that needs to be talked about)

There is a section for idioms and slang in the app Dalubhasa Review Center. It’s free. Sorry I’m not a native speaker so can’t really help.

What is "idiom" is English is not always an "idiom" in Tagalog. You can't really translate it, and this is something you have to learn through immersion. (Think of "what's up" as a greeting. It's not taught in proper English but it is widely used)

Beat around the bush is paligoy-ligoy.
