Learner ako, take with grain of salt:

Sino ang nakakilala ni Jane? > Who got a chance to meet Jane?
Sino ang nakilala ni Jane? > Who does Jane know?

Will await native correction.

I like to add, in the first sentence, it should be kay, instead of ni

Salamat po
Thank you for your important information

But I cannot understand why you use "kay" unstead of "ni" in this sentence.
Could you explain why??
