Can you say the difference between the two sentences?

a. Sino ang nakakilala ni Jane?
b. Sino ang nakilala ni Jane?

Sino ang nakakilala ni Jane? > Who got a chance to meet Jane?
Sino ang nakilala ni Jane? > Who does Jane know?
