In the Tagalog Alphabet, what if K got removed instead and C continued to exist but only to make the hard sound (Tagalog but C always hard and K dead)

So we all know that, K is used in tagalog to represent the /k/ sound. However, this wasn’t always the case. Formerly, Tagalog was based on Spanish which uses C or Qu for the /k/ sound. Then, a guy named Joe Rival decided to simplify Tagalog by replacing both C and Qu with k which made grammar relatively simple. However, another alternative could have been to not add K and continue using letter C by retaining it to only making a hard sound and replacing Qu with it. Then, it would still be simpler. However, the main difference would be, it would be a quicker way since, whereas with K, you had to replace both C and Qu, with C, you only had to replace Qu. So if C continued to stay in the Tagalog Alphabet and only make a hard sound, then, the reform would be faster since Qu would be replaced with C and it would still be simpler and phonetic and consistent too. In that case, letters F, J, K, Ñ, Q, V, X and Z would be in loanwords and C would be widely used.

Then the Abacada would have been:

A B C D E G H I L M N O P R S T U W Y

Another thing is that, new flags and insignia will feature a lot of C's.

This is what Tagalog would like like if C continued to be part of the Tagalog Alphbaet only to make the hard sound and only Q got removed
