According to the report, 38% of California workers have experienced a workplace violation.

Only 10% reported them to a government agency and almost half didn't report at all.

Of those who did file a report, a majority experienced employer retaliation.

And 51% of working Californians said employer retaliation would influence their decision

whether or not to report a violation in the future.
