FISH AND CHIPS
1 kilo fish fillet
2 kilos large potatoes, washed but leave skin on
Beer batter:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups beer
Pinch of paprika powder
Pinch of chicken or beef powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Tartar sauce:
(Note: all ingredients must be cold)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ cup minced red onions
2 tablespoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
