02:48.0
Congratulations sa inyo.
02:50.0
And you're doing a wonderful job.
02:52.0
Kaya naman naisip ko talaga, I think this is the best time to relaunch these shared farms.
02:58.0
At ito yung mga nasa Malico naman.
03:03.0
I think this is somewhere up north.
03:05.0
03:20.0
Pwede po tayong mag-participate dito and we would be able to use this
03:25.0
03:32.0
So to move forward, sila yung Earthman yung partner natin dito.
03:38.0
03:47.0
So yun.
03:48.0
03:54.0
during the first year talagang flat pa muna.
03:58.0
Pero usually tumataas naman na siya on the second year, 4 to 5%.
04:03.0
And then pumapalo naman siya ng 4 to 6 and 7% ng second year.
04:13.0
04:19.0
So mayroon pong 14 existing shared farms lahat
04:24.0
gusto natin mag-expand sa Antipolo, Batangas, Tarlac at sa Nueva Vizcaya.
04:30.0
So kung kayo po ay interested na sumali dito, ito po yung mechanics niya at terms and conditions niya.
04:41.0
So ito ay shared farm joint venture savings through SEDP Co-op.

06:01.0
Kaya po mayroon 10% na pre-termination fee yan.
06:05.0
And pre-termination is subject to replacement savers.
06:09.0
So dapat po mayroon tayong maingganyan na iba para to take your place.
06:13.0

06:55.0
So ang pag-usapan naman po natin ngayon ay ang profile of nano enterprises.
07:03.0
At dito po we will talk about their livelihood characteristics, how they access financing,
07:09.0
how they participate in the market, how they cope in times of emergencies,
07:14.0
paano ba sila in terms of digital inclusion, access to government programs and services,
07:20.0
and the way forward on how to help our nano enterprises.
07:26.0
So ano ba yung nano enterprises? So distinguish natin sila from micro enterprises.
07:32.0
07:40.0
ay greater than P150,000 to P3,000,000. That's how we propose it.
07:47.0
Employees, zero for nano enterprises or unpaid family members, yung kasama nila.
07:53.0
Tapos sa micro, one to nine ang employees.
07:57.0
08:20.0
So ito pong nano enterprises natin, they are typically unregistered livelihoods
08:25.0
of self-employed individuals or informal solopreneurs.
08:30.0
08:34.0
At yung asset size nila nag-arrange from P3,000 to P150,000, they operate their business alone
08:42.0
or with the help of their unpaid family members targeting their immediate local communities.
08:48.0
08:53.0
So 8.1 million ang estimate natin sa kanila as of 2022.
08:57.0
So why nano enterprises? Why do we need to focus on them?
09:02.0
Most government programs fall under the banner of micro enterprises.
09:07.0
Diba? Malamang baka ngayon nyo lang narinig yung nano enterprises.
09:11.0
At because of this, it grossly misrepresents the needs and largely excludes the magnitude of nano enterprises.
09:19.0
Kasi diba yung micro enterprises ay assets up to P3,000,000.
09:26.0
09:40.0
So we want to make nano enterprises visible because this will mean na magkakaroon ng more effective
09:47.0
and customized policies and programs for them dahil sila ay isineseparate from the bigger whole.
09:54.0
And we would be able to provide them with the opportunity to grow into a more sustainable enterprise
10:00.0
that would lift them out of poverty.
10:03.0
So directly addressing, pag directly kasi natin na-address yung needs ng mga nano enterprises,
10:09.0
mare-reduce natin yung number of poor Filipinos and that is a very good opportunity.
10:15.0
And it would be a great leap forward for our economic development.
10:20.0
Okay, so let's go to their profiles, sa kanilang livelihood characteristics.
10:25.0
10:30.0
Karinderia, mga smallholder farmers and fisher folks, mga dressmakers, ambulant vendors,
10:39.0
mga gig economy, delivery riders, rideshare drivers, mga freelancers, mga graphic artists,
10:46.0
mga distributors. These are all, itong mga ito ay nakaklassify na under the banner of nano enterprises
10:54.0
kasi usually low income and then sila ay solo entrepreneurs.
10:59.0
11:20.0
At ginagawa natin siya in the background of this.
11:23.0
11:33.0
At ito ang ating third economic driver.
11:37.0
Services siguro yung first. Baka manufacturing yung second pero I'm not really so sure.
11:43.0
11:46.0
The average age of Filipino farmers ngayon dahil tayo po ay may hinaharap na food security.
12:05.0
33 million workers in the Philippines ang related sa agrikultura.
12:11.0
12:23.0
Kaya napakahalaga po talaga nito.
12:25.0
99% of our Filipino farmers belong to the bottom of the pyramid.
12:30.0
13:00.0
Sabihin mo na.
13:01.0
So nasa 6,000 hectares ang kanilang greenhouses. All over the country yan.
13:06.0
Sa South Korea, 21,000 hectares.
13:10.0
13:35.0
all year round tayong puwedeng magtanim kasi less vulnerable tayo sa extreme na init or extreme na lamig.
13:44.0
At kakayanin po natin magtanim all year round dahil nakokontrol natin ang temperature,
13:51.0
14:02.0
So yung shared farm po is a collaborative platform to engage in agriculture using a capital life model.
14:11.0
14:17.0
so that we can support farmers.
14:19.0
And we do this to achieve a triple bottom line.
14:22.0
Yung triple bottom line po natin ay social, economic, and environmental.
14:27.0
Meaning the social, financial, and environmental aspects ng pagbibisnes.
14:33.0
So dito po sa shared farm, we share resources, risks, and wealth.
14:39.0
And this is going to be under the management of a group of experts.
14:43.0
14:57.0
So with this, yung mga social investors naman ay magpa-partner with our farmers
15:03.0
to help revolutionalize the agriculture in our country.
15:08.0
15:27.0
at syaka yung shared farm mismo ay ima-manage natin yan.
15:31.0
So this is through Melendrez Farm at syaka sa Earthman and Company.
15:36.0
Okay?
15:56.0
So magkakaroon tayo yung ating mga vegetable produce, for example,
16:08.0
16:21.0
Ibang-ibang mga existing shared farms na natin.
16:26.0
So ito ay organic onion and corn production.
16:30.0
16:46.0
Sa Antipolo po ito.
16:47.0
Kakapunta nga po doon kanina, by the way, happy 10th anniversary sa organic options.
16:53.0
Congratulations sa inyo.
16:55.0
You're doing a wonderful job.
16:57.0
Kaya naman naisip ko talagang I think this is the best time to relaunch this shared farms.
17:03.0
At ito yung mga nasa maliko naman.
17:08.0
I think this is somewhere up north.
17:10.0
17:25.0
So pwede po tayong mag-participate dito and we would be able to use this
17:31.0

17:49.0

17:52.0
So yun.
17:53.0

18:18.0

18:22.0
ang returns natin.
18:24.0
So mayroon pong 14 existing shared farms lahat
18:29.0
and gusto natin mag-expand sa Antipolo, Batanga, Starlak, at saka sa Nueva Vizcaya.
18:35.0
18:44.0
at terms and conditions niya.
18:46.0
So ito ay shared farm joint venture savings through SEDP Co-op.
18:50.0
So SEDP Co-op po yung magmamobilize ng savings natin, titipunin natin yan
18:54.0
tapos ilalagay natin sa Melendrez Farms so that they can execute the shared farm.
19:01.0

19:24.0

19:50.0

19:55.0
19:59.0
and it really takes some time for us to look for liquidity

20:06.0

20:55.0
