Metro wide services under the jurisdiction of MMDA are those services which have metro wide impact and transcend local political boundaries or entail huge expenditures such that it would not be viable for said services to be provided by the individual jurisdiction.

So parang ang pagkakaintindi ko dito, papasok lamang po ang MMDA kung ang services po, number one, makakaafekto sa metro wide services or services po metro wide impact
