Very Important Pinoy Tour,

set to take place July 16 to 24, 2023.

Formerly known as the Ambassador's Tour,

this project was put on hold for four years.

This is an event that we haven't been able to hold since 2019 and then 2020.

We all know the world changed forever.

But it doesn't mean that our love for enjoyment has to forever change.

Along with President Fernand Bongbong,

Marcus' emphasis on the pivotal role of tourism in the Philippines.

These officials say Filipinos in the U.S. are eager to visit their homeland.

Everybody's so excited about it, actually.

Especially now that we have, number one, a new government.

And the Philippine economy is really picking up.

I was just in the Philippines several weeks ago.

And you could feel really the dynamism, energy of the Philippine economy.

Everybody's so excited.

And we're seeing an uptick also in the number of arrivals.

Tour packages start at less than $2,000 for single occupancy.

The VIP tour will have stops in Manila, Iloilo, and Boracay.

Arrangements are also being made for guests to meet with Philippine officials.

While this is the first post-pandemic tour for the program,

there will be certain protocols in place to prevent and treat possible COVID-19 cases.

All participants will be subject to whatever rules and requirements

the Philippine government will have on entry to the Philippines.

As for us, as you know now in the Philippines,

the wearing of face masks are optional now.

So we leave it basically to the discretion of the participants.

If they do still want to wear the face mask or not, no problem.

Whichever way you want to go.

We also have our set protocols on how to deal with someone who may

contract the virus while on tour.

And as mentioned earlier, there will be local kind of insurance

that is included in the package so hospitalization will also be covered.

The Roberts family has frequented the Philippines and has joined the tour on past occasions.

While they just came back from a vacation a couple months ago,

they're eager to make the VIP tour in July.
