So we should not only amend the Constitution on economic provisions, we should also amend, like for example, this Foreign Currency Deposit Act, 1974 pa ito, dapat i-amend na ito, na at least we can tax it, we can look at it.

At also yung mga casinos, na yung mga investors or foreign direct investors, they will siphon our money through the casino by making it appear that they won in the casino.
