And yung mabilisang sagot dyan ay Enscape, which is a real-time 3D rendering software.

So I guess yan dyan na nagtatapos yung video natin.

But wait, there's more!

Bago tayo makarating sa mga ganitong klaseng output, medyo may onte pa tayong pagdadaanan.

So yung mga designs, kadalasa nagsisimula sa isang scheme or idea.

Initially, dinodrawing ko muna siya sa papel.

But lately, nag-decide ako na iskip na yung papel all together.

Because save the trees!

And hindi ko mahanap yung eraser ko.

So sinisimulan ko na yung schemes ko dito sa program na tinatawag natin, SketchUp,

which is a 3D modeling software.

And in my opinion, ito yung pinaka-beginner friendly na 3D software.

So kung marunong ka mag-Minecraft, siguro within a week, pwede ka matuto itong SketchUp.

So within this software, pwede ka mag-draw ng line.

Then, gawin mo siyang 2D shape.

Then, pwede mo itong i-push or pull.

Pwede ka rin mag-add ng masses here and there.

Subtract ng mga geometry dito.

Bim, bam, boom!

So para sa akin, mas madali ko nabivisualize yung kabuuan ng bahay or building na dinidesign ko

pag naka-3D na agad siya dito sa software na ito.

Anyway, I find it liberating na pwede ako mag-experiment ng kung ano-ano designs.

And kung ayaw ko yung kinalabasan, open lang ako ng bagong file dito.

Now, let's say tapos na ako mag-conceptualize dito sa SketchUp,

sa hako na siya idadraft either through AutoCAD or Revit

para magawa ng working drawings na isasabit natin para sa mga permits.

So para sa mga large-scale drawings tulad ng floor plans, elevations,

mas convenient gamitin itong Revit which is a BIM software.

Basically, what that means ay habang ginagawa ako yung mga floor plans,

pwede ko na rin isabay gawin yung elevations and yung 3D.

Along with the materials, yung mga plumbing, mechanicals, etc., etc.

And ang kagandahan nito ay multiple people can work on one project.

So pwede may partners ako na engineers dito and other professionals

gumagawa ako and then meron silang ginagawa and there you go.

It is very, very good for collaborative works.

Now, I know this is going to be a controversial opinion

pero para sa akin, mas efficient yung Revit

kumpara sa purely AutoCAD lang yung workflow mo.

But when it comes to details, halimbawa close-up ng ceiling reveal

or yung mga details for something unusual,

I find na mas madali pa rin pag sa AutoCAD

i-draft yung mga shop drawings.

But you know, that's just me.

Some people use Revit for everything.

Diyan na rin ginagawa yung details pero hindi ako ganoon kagaling.

So, there we go.

AutoCAD dahil sa mga detailing yun.

Now, let's say nagawa na natin yung ating 3D model

through either Revit or SketchUp.

Oh, ganito pa lang yung magiging itsura nya.

Parang hilaw na 3D pa lang ito.

So, to turn it from this to this,

meron tayo nitong Enscape

which is my choice of rendering software.

And let me tell you, my dudes,

maraming available out there na mas powerful

and mas realistic na rendering softwares kesa sa Enscape.

Pero for my workflow and specific needs,

sakto na itong Enscape.

Ito lang talaga yung ginagamit ko

kasi real-time rendering engine sya.

Which means pag may binago ako dito sa 3D model natin,

let's say nilagyan ko ng puno banda rito,

bam! Instantaneously magkakapuno rin dito

sa ating rendering window.

At dahil real-time renderer sya,

pwede ko baguhin yung camera angle

ng ating rendering window or viewport

anytime I want with little consequence.

Because in some renderers, let's take V-Ray for example.

Kasi ito yung ginagamit ko nung bago pa lang ako,

studyante akong architecture student.

So dito sa V-Ray, pag nag-render ka,

static image lang yung lalabas.

So kung may mali sa 3D model mo

or kung may gusto kang baguhin na camera angle,

need mo mag-render ulit.

Which usually, in my experience, matagal ito.

Pag kukumpara natin yung gano'n dito sa Enscape,

you have the freedom na baguhin yung 3D model mo

na naayon sa gusto mong output

because it's instantaneous.

So that is the main advantage itong rendering engine

na ganito.

Kasi yung workflow ko, usually,

nagdu-dual monitor ako.

So the way that works ay naka-open yung rendering window ko

sa isang auxiliary screen

habang dito sa main screen natin,

dito ako nag-3D model

or dito naka-open yung ating 3D software.

Halimbawa yung Revit, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.

Anyway, sa ganitong setup,

pwede ko baguhin yung materials, furnitures, etc.

and may kita ko agad kung ano yung effect niya

dun sa ating 3D visualization.

Now, another reason kung bakit itong Enscape

ang gamit ko is personally,

I find na hindi siya gano'n kabigat

para sa ating PC or laptop.

So the reasoning for that ay dahil

GPU-based itong rendering software na Enscape.

So para lang siyang laro which uses your graphics card

aka GPU to render

as opposed to other softwares na CPU-based.

So mas mabilis itong Enscape

kasi ang GPU designed specifically

for rendering graphics like images and videos.

Samantalang yung CPU or central processing unit

ng ating PC or laptop

is made to handle many kinds of loads.

So to put it simply, para siyang jack of all trades.

And ang downside ng ganito

ay medyo mas mabagal siya mag-render

if iko-compare natin siya side-by-side sa GPU.

Now, yung specific setup natin for 3D rendering

ay meron tayo nitong MSI Stealth 16 Studio laptop

which has an RTX 4070 GPU

which can handle Enscape pretty well.

Now, as for its CPU, may i7-13700H processor pa ito

which is good enough for most architectural programs

tulad ng SketchUp and Revit.

Now, aside from those specs,

ang pinaka-nagustuhan ko sa laptop na ito

ay yung itsura niya.

Let me tell you,

if you want something that looks profesh

pero at the same time super strong

na kaya-kaya patakbuhin ang mga 3D softwares nyo,

this is the laptop.

Pag timignan natin from the outside,

we have this super sleek form factor.

So it comes in at around 19.9mm thin

at 1.99kg kabigat.

So very, very lightweight and portable siya

which is importante para sa akin

kasi minsan dinadala ko ito sa side

and doon ako nagda-draft.

So big plus para sa akin na magaan siya.

And that is all thanks to its magnesium alloy chassis

which surprisingly hindi siya fingerprint magnet.

Now, pagdating naman sa client presentation,

let's say meet up kayo sa Starbucks,

yung aesthetic ng laptop na ito is very, very classy.

So sleek, straight lines,

wala masyadong aggressive gamery branding

aside from the MSI logo right here

which di siya umiilaw pero okay lang yan

dahil pag tinignan natin ba na dito sa likod,

So this program is what we call a plug-in

or para siya ang add-on.

So basically, meron tayong main program

in my case, Revit or SketchUp.

Then, within that program,

naka-plug-in itong Enscape.

So integrated siya within SketchUp or Revit

and it works seamlessly.

Marami akong kakilalang gumagamit ng Loom yun

which is similar to Enscape.

Ang main difference lang ay

stand-alone program ang Loom yun

which means pwede mo siya gamitin

kahit hindi naka-open ang Revit or SketchUp.

And mas maraming features yung Loom yun

like pwede kang maglagay ng mga naglalakad na tao

umaandar na vehicles

and kung tama ako,

pwede mong lagyan ng ulan and stuff like that.

Yun nga lang, my dudes.

Pansin ko, mas mabigat ang Loom yun

and yung rendering times ng kanyang mga videos

medyo mas matagal in comparison sa Enscape.

So for me, mas important yung bilis

lalo na pag may iprepresent tayo sa client.

I can just whip out my laptop.

and pwede ko na ipakita live

yung mga gustong changes

or kung ano yung kakalabasan

noong bahay na dinesign natin para sa ating client.

So isa yun sa mga rason, my dudes,

kung bakit importante sa akin yung laptop na gamit ko

either has a full-size HDMI 2.1 port

or may Type-C Thunderbolt siya

na may display port option

tulad nitong MSI Stealth 16 Studio.

So yung purpose ng mga yan

ay para pag mag-present tayo

is kakabit ko lang ito sa isang TV

tas doon nakatingin yung ating mga clients.

So let's say hindi kayo pinayagan

magsaksak ng HDMI doon sa TV,

or kung saan man kayo nag-present,
