And for today's video, we are gonna tackle the living room area.

And honestly guys, upon seeing this apartment,

this is the area that swung me into getting it because

I really love the floor to ceiling windows, the view, and the living room area.

It used to have great floor tiling and at first, I was really okay with it.

Not until the day Sean convinced me to change it into vinyl flooring again.

If you're an old subscriber, actually, we did this DIY makeover already in my last condo.

And I have no regrets at all that I listened to him because honestly guys,

it's super expensive to change the tiles to wood flooring.

I asked for an estimate from the hardware store and it would cost about ₱47,000

to fill up the kitchen area and the living area.

And installation or labor and materials, that's it.

But guess how much I spent on this DIY.

₱8,500 only because I bought the same vinyl wood floor planks from before.

I actually got this online for ₱1,700 only and it's about 36 pieces now.

This center table or my coffee table, I wanted it to be really small.

So that, at the same time, I can eat if ever I wanna watch TV.

I don't want this area to be super cramped because it's really a pathway.

It's not like the basic white coffee table because it comes in this cloud shape,

which I think really suits the apartment and the aesthetic that I'm trying to go for.

This is totally unrelated but I got some gummies for my hair, skin, and nails.

And I noticed that my nails became stronger and healthier

because I'm so addicted to nail extensions.

And when you get used to it, your nails can get brittle.

And it was so bad, guys.

It happened to me that half or even the whole nail was removed.

It was so unhealthy.

This helped my nails recover from that.

It's not brittle anymore.

This is actually my second purchase.
