Today at Goma At Home, I'll share with you how I make my version of Tuscan Steak. This is a simple Italian style preparation of steak that uses only a few ingredients but this has so much flavor. We'll do Tuscan Style of Steak. So pag Tuscan Style, that means steaks being cooked in hardwood.

Tapos ang components na very simple lang. Salt and pepper and then ilalagin mo sa over fire.

But usually, when you go to Italy in Tuscan and in order for the Tuscan Steak, pag budo nun sa loob, talagang rare.

It's almost blue, ano ang tawag doon.

So, first things first. Okay, gawa tayo ng pepper natin.

Pepper and then salt is here. Tatabi ko lang muna to.

Irarab lang natin siya with just lots of salt. Maraming salt lang yan.

So, instead of porterhouse, we're using ribeye, aged ribeye.
