Ang problema pag nagkaharap yung dalawang abogado, bibigyan nila ng kanilang sariling interpretation to suit their case. So it could be na isang kaso lang yung pinanghawakan, isang jurisprudence lang yung pinanghawakan nila but they have different interpretations each to suit their respective positions.
