What is up you guys!!! Welcome to my channel. Nagbabalik na naman ako for another at home workout video para sa PWET, BALAKANG, HITA tips and my workout routine. For today's equipment gagamit tayo ng upuan guys! Yup napaka helpful ng upuan for today's workout. Dahil sa outbreak na nangyayari stuck padin ako sa bahay. At alam ko kayo din. Kaya to stay healthy eni encourage ko kayo na mag exercise, keep your blood circulated. :) Papakita ko din sa inyo na maraming possible na gamit sa bahay na pwede nating buhatin habang nag woworkout for an intense exercise para makapag grow pa tayo ng muscles lalo at ma tone pa lalo at ma meet mo yung pwet, balakang (hips), hita (legs, thighs) GOALS mo.
