Cake: 2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 teapoon baking soda 1 tsp iodized salt 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup corn oil 1 tablespoon plain white vinegar 2 cups room temp water Frosting: 2 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cups dark chocolate chips / chopped chocolate 1/4 cup salted butter Tips: • you can also turn this recipe into cupcakes. One recipe will make 2-3 dozen, 3oz cupcakes. • no oven?
