Binakol na manok or chicken binakol is a type of Filipino chicken soup that makes use of young coconut water and meat. It is somewhat similar to tinola. However, this particular version utilizes potato instead of green papaya. Chicken binakol is delicious. It is comforting and has a mild sweet flavor.
