CREAMY CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA
500 grams pasta of your choice, cooked until al dente
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup finely chopped white onions
2 tablespooons minced garlic
½ kilo chicken breast, cut into strips
1 can button mushroom, chopped
2 cups cream (all-purpose OR heavy OR thickened)
½ cup good white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped parsley, for garnish
grated parmesan cheese (or any cheese of your choice), for topping
