Ginataang Hipon at Alimasag is a Filipino Recipe that consists of shrimps and crabs cooked in coconut milk. This method of cooking is locally referred as “ginataan”, which means “to cook in coconut milk”. It makes for a hearty dish filled with vegetables such as squash and string beans. Serve this dish with a side of steaming white rice! Simpleng luto lamang ito pero medyo maluho dahil hindi naman mura ang hipon at alimasag. Pero masaya naman paminsan minsan kung salo-salo sa ginataang hipon at alimasag.
