It's shipped with this neck backwards, you have to turn it facing forward and then tighten your handlebar bracket.

We have our front shock absorbers, we have a headlight, reflectors.

There are some sort of adjustments, I think you can adjust how stiff the shocks are I believe or how soft you want it.
