I've been reading all your recipe requests and Jasmin Jeanette Mama asked for my version of Adobo. Adobo is one of the most popular and oldest Filipino dishes. Every region has a different way of cooking it. I like mine with a lot of sauce and on the sour side. And this particular recipe has chicken liver and egg. Juliana loves it!
