Kaya naman nagbabala ito sa lahat ng tauhan ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.
00:32.3
At Hezbollah nagbabala na pasasabugin ang mga assets ng US
00:36.8
at patuloy silang aatake at tatalunin-umanon nila ang Israel.

00:49.3
Simulan na natin.
00:50.8
02:07.8
at ligtas naman ang lahat na sakay.
02:10.3
Heto at pakinggan natin mga kabayan
02:12.8
ang pahayag ni Canadian Defense Ministry Bill Blair.
02:17.3
I read a brief statement about an event that took place
02:20.3
which was concerning to us on Sunday morning, October 29.
02:23.8
While deployed in support of Canada's Indo-Pacific Strategy
02:26.8
aboard the HMCS Ottawa,
02:30.3
Cyclone embarked and was conducting routine exercises
02:33.3
in the South China Sea when it was intercepted
02:35.3
by the People's Liberation Army J-11 fighter aircraft.
02:39.3
And though the initial encounter was safe,
02:41.3
two subsequent encounters between that aircraft
02:43.8
and our Cyclone helicopter were deemed unsafe.
02:47.8
With successive passes, one jet eventually conducted a pass over
02:51.3
the Cyclone helicopter with little separation
02:53.8
causing the helicopter to experience significant turbulence
02:56.8
to take appropriate actions in order to remain safe.
02:59.8
And later that same day, during its second sortie,
03:02.8
the same helicopter was once again intercepted by a J-11 fighter aircraft
03:06.8
which launched flares directly in front of our helicopter.
03:10.3
The helicopter pilot had to maneuver to avoid the flares
03:12.8
and reduce the risk of ingesting a flare
03:15.3
into the helicopter's rotor and intakes.
03:17.3
This encounter was also deemed unsafe.
03:19.8
All of these actions took place in international airspace,
03:23.8
well outside of any claimed territorial seas and associated airspace.
03:27.8
These maneuvers put the safety of all personnel involved in unnecessary risk.
03:32.3
Canada expects that any intercept of our aircraft
03:35.3
will be conducted in a safe and professional manner.
03:37.3
Canadian Forces members undergo extensive training before these missions.
03:40.8
They're well prepared to deal with these events as they may occur.
03:43.8
But all members of our air detachment and crew aboard the Ottawa remain safe.
03:48.3
The helicopter was not damaged in these interactions
03:50.8
and the Ottawa and the embarked helicopter continued on the mission.
03:55.3
As outlined in our Indo-Pacific Strategy,
03:57.3
we're going to continue to step up our forces in that region.
04:00.3
As we are a Pacific nation ourselves,
04:03.3
Canada will continue to stand up to the international rules-based order
04:07.8
to maintain the safety of international navigation.
04:11.8
What's happening in this region?
04:13.8
Why are we continuing to fly in these areas
04:16.8
where we know that the Chinese are being aggressive?
04:18.8
We have a responsibility in that region.
04:20.8
And just to be very clear, the HMCS Ottawa and our helicopter
04:24.8
were in international waters.
04:26.8
They were well outside of the territorial limits
04:30.8
of both China or any other countries.
04:33.8
This actually took place near the Paracels Islands.
04:36.3
It is in international water.
04:38.3
One of our responsibilities working with our allies
04:40.3
as part of the Indo-Pacific Strategy
04:43.3
is to maintain freedom of navigation in international waterways.
04:47.3
We were there doing our job.
04:49.3
And it is routine that these interceptions will take place,
04:53.3
but our expectation is that they will take place
04:56.3
in a way which is both professional and safe.
04:58.3
And unfortunately, what we've seen in the most recent incidents,
05:01.3
on two occasions, the actions of people
05:03.8
in the Republic fighter jet were deemed to be significantly unsafe
05:07.8
and will express our concerns to the people.
05:09.8
And in other news,
05:11.8
Chief of Staff General Romeo Browner
05:14.8
promised in his speech at the Chainsaw Command Ceremony
05:17.8
at Camp Don Basilio Navarro in Zamboanga City,
05:20.8
the plan to assassinate President Marcos Jr.
05:23.8
General Browner did not mention the people behind the destabilization plot
05:28.8
against President Marcos Jr.,
05:31.3
but former officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
05:34.3
were present here and spoke to him personally.
05:38.3
At the same time, General Browner encouraged
05:40.3
the active soldiers not to join any coup
05:44.3
in order to assassinate President Marcos Jr.
05:47.3
And when he learned that any active person
05:51.3
was involved in the destabilization plot,
05:53.3
he was quick to react but cautiously.
05:57.8
Some of them were former officers
06:00.8
of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
06:02.8
And I spoke to some of them.
06:05.8
I told them,
06:07.8
Sir, you have the right to do that
06:09.8
because we are in a democracy.
06:11.8
But please, do not involve the active person
06:16.8
of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
06:18.8
Let's give our country a chance
06:23.8
to move forward to progress.
06:27.8
And in other news,
06:29.8
a tunnel of Hamas
06:31.8
was discovered by the IDF in Gaza.
06:33.8
So the tunnel was demolished
06:35.8
using their explosives.
06:37.8
This is just beneath you.
06:39.8
Right?
06:41.8
Yes.
06:43.8
This is the wall
06:45.8
from which the bombs were fired.
06:47.8
Eight bombs.
06:49.8
This is the wall.
06:51.8
You can clearly see the concrete inside.
06:54.3
This is the video, my fellow countrymen,
06:56.3
where a tank of the IDF
06:58.3
was bombed by Hamas.
07:00.3
In this video,
07:02.3
you can see the tank
07:04.3
and the explosive
07:06.3
placed on the side.
07:18.3
And when the explosive did not explode,
07:20.3
they also used it
07:22.8
using their RPG.
07:30.8
In a speech of Hassan Nasrallah,
07:32.8
led by Hezbollah,
07:34.8
where he warned that
07:36.8
they will not back down
07:38.8
and will continue to attack and defeat Israel
07:40.8
in this war.
07:42.8
So Israel prepared
07:44.8
its F-35 fighter jets
07:46.8
to respond
07:48.8
in case Hezbollah
07:51.3
attacked Israel.
07:53.3
Nasrallah also warned the US
07:55.3
that it is not good
07:57.3
to support the US in Israel
07:59.3
like sending
08:01.3
warships and fighter jets
08:03.3
especially when they are in trouble.
08:05.3
That is why Hezbollah
08:07.3
will use its armed forces
08:09.3
to bring down the airplanes
08:11.3
and sink
08:13.3
American ships.
08:15.3
Guys, we are here
08:17.3
next to the border.
08:19.8
This is not a base.
08:21.8
This is in the field
08:23.8
and these soldiers
08:25.8
are in front line to Gaza.
08:27.8
A week and a half,
08:29.8
he didn't do laundry
08:31.8
and we're doing laundry right now.
08:39.8
Wow, what a smell.
08:41.8
It's so good.
08:43.8
It's so good.
08:45.8
It's so good.
08:47.8
Wow, what a smell.
