ang aking hometown.

na may ilog na dumadaan sa gitna.

Now, dahil malaki yung ating campus,

we wanted to promote the use of bikes as a main means of transportation dito.

That is why nilagyan namin ng mga bike racks dito sa bandang entry bridge ng ating campus.

But aside from that, meron din tayong parking area for visitors and faculty members.

And this area also serves as a drop-off point para sa ating mga jeepneys and school buses.

So I like to call this area our transport foyer.

Flanking both the sides of our transport foyer,

may structures tayo dito.

na gawa sa bambu.

So these are our student trade centers.

Kung saan pwede magbenta ng produce and services ang ating students na related sa kanilang course.

So yung mga agricultural majors could sell vegetables,

IT majors could offer some website or app making services,

you know, stuff like that.

So dito pwede kumita yung mga students natin pang dagdag sa kanilang allowance.

Which pag-uusapan pa natin mamaya kung paano sila magbibenta ng produce.

So, we want to promote this way of living kung saan self-sufficient na yung ating mga students.

Tulad ng sabi ko kanina, less ang time na masi-spend nila sa ating mga classroom

and most of the times, nasa bahay sila.

So, they have time para magtanim and mag-alaga ng mga halaman na kanilang uulamin.

Also, this is a great way na ma-integrate natin yung school dun sa community.

So, isang bagay na na-realize ko after graduating ay very important ang ating people skills

So, by letting the students integrate with the community by means of selling or offering services,

piniprepare na natin sila for life after school.
