Sa kaniyang mensahe, hinimok ng Pangulo ang nasa 223 cadets na nagsipagtapos na gamitin ang digital at information technology (IT) upang labanan ang krimen lalo ang cybercrime, pagsisilbi sa taumbayan, at isagawa ang innovation kaugnay sa serbisyo. “I challenge you to leverage that technology that you are familiar with as aids in protecting and serving our people, especially in battling cybercrime,” ayon kay Pres. Marcos, Jr. “I ask you to embrace smart policing, fire prevention, and penology. There is still no substitute for pounding the streets.
