Anki Support

Hello all,

I've added some support for Anki to TagalogLessons.com for those who prefer that flash card system.

You can now click on the "gear" icon below any flash card set, and then click a new link "Anki File." This will download a CSV file that can be imported into your Anki program.

This import file includes the word with markup support, English definition, and audio file (if available). Be sure to choose the "Allow HTML" checkbox when you do the import.

This means you can use TagalogLessons.com to more quickly and easily build your Anki decks:
- First use the TLDC dictionary search and "paperclip" icons to build your flash card set with markup, definitions and audio.
- Then, once you're done just import the TLDC set into Anki. This should make things much easier for the Anki fans out there!

This is great and amazing and will really help me a lot but could you make a small change? please make the tagalog words links so that when you click on them it goes go dictionary entries , so we can get the definition and can see the example sentences. I know this is possible because you actually did it for me already in the linkifyer and it works great!

@TLDCAdmin BTW, perhaps you are worried if you do that, that it will make the cards look silly as links, but that was fixed easily by modifying the CSS in Anki to display them normally but are still clickable.

This is a great addition. I have been using Anki for sometime now so it will be great to add cards from this site.

This is amazing, I've been here at TLDC for around 4 moths and you've come a long way. Keep it up. I commend you for doing what you do and showing that is possible to learn a language.

UPDATE:
I also added links for "Anki File Flipped"...
This way you can either download the English to Tagalog flashcards OR the Tagalog to English flashcards...

I got really excited when I saw this, but I can't find a way to do this at tagalogdecks.com. Is there a way to do this with the new Tagalog Decks website?

Anki is my main way of "formal" studying, and I've relied on Tagalog.com to create Anki notes. I customize my cards to my "readings" (e.g. teleseryes and komiks), but it would really speed my process up if I could just download the vocabulary & audio and attach a sentence at every few vocabulary words.
