Question: What does bato mean in this spoken word?

The speaker uses the word "bato" a few times in this awesome and hilarious Filipino spoken word, but I can't figure out its meaning. Maybe it's because I don't fully understand some of the sentences around it, but it doesn't sound like it simply means "stone" in the video.

I think the term particularly refers to "shabú", a very popular upper here. "Bato" might have also been derived from "stoned" or because shabu is in crystal form.
