Hey! My name is Joseph. I’m half Filipino and have lived in the US my whole life.
I am studying Tagalog because I want to be able to talk with my relatives in their native tongue and be able to speak it when I visit the Philippines.

me too! I'm also hapa and trying to learn Tagalog just so I can read the books I bought from there; my family doesn't speak it though
