If I'm understanding correctly, I believe what you're describing is a homograph (i.e. two words spelt the same, but can have different pronunciations and/or meanings).If you search up on the internet for "Tagalog homographs", there are a few sources where you can find some such as on the "Learn Tagalog" YouTube channel.I hope that suffices, but if you need more, I can't think of a specific list on just one website. But, I hope someone else knows one themselves that might be useful.
