Question: What is the english term for "nangangalay"? Is there any exact english term for that? I've searched and it says "numb" but that is pamamanhid. Some says it's "sprain" but it is pilay. What english term is the closest to nangangalay? Thank you

@Czerlene i speak everyday with different foreign people in the world and i was always trying to figure out the counterpart of their words in our words according to our culture.

Nangalay ako - ' I got pins and needles'

this is what exactly they are saying kapag nangalay sila, with matching mura like Holy Crap! Ive got pins and needles!
Kapag mali ako then i will be glad to know that!

"Ngalay" is "tired muscles" or "muscle fatigue".

Nangangalay ang binti ko. = My leg is experiencing muscle fatigue. = I am feeling muscle fatigue in my leg.
