Magandang araw po sa inyo! I hope you’re safe in the middle of everything.
I concur with PinoyTaj‘s response here. The Tagalog word for “hatred” is “poot,” while “muhi” is a sort-of incredibly intense “poot.” So yes, if you indeed just want to tell a person matter-of-factually that you hate them, you can say “pinopoot kita” or “kinamumuhian kita.”
Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten into the Star Wars series myself yet, so I’m not familiar with the scene that you’re describing; however, if it’s anything similar to when people would yell “I hate you!” to someone whom they are incredibly angry or frustrated with (spur-of-the-moment like), there are better and more natural ways to convey this in Tagalog. There are a multitude of constructions for this, of course, but I would suggest “Umalis ka!” (lit. “Leave!” or “Go away!”) or “Ayaw kitang makita!” (lit. “I don’t want to see you!”).
I’m sure others here have other suggestions as well.
