I think as there hasn't been a response to this question in over two days, the answer is unfortunately likely to be "no".

There is of course the CEFR framework which can be used to estimate your level which most language learners are familiar with, but no test for Tagalog. Simply search "CEFR explained" and you should find some useful resources if you aren't familiar with the system.

Tagalog is an uncommon second language to learn, hence likely why there isn't any standardised test for second language learners that we know of here at Tagalog.com

That's right. Unfortunately, Tagalog or Filipino in general has no such thing as proficiency exam. I do hope it will have soon, but since our language is not so popular, this may not be possible for now. Hopefully it will have in the future.

No official exam, but some universities do offer unofficial proficiency tests.

The Foreign Language Achievement Testing Service at Brigham Young University offer both BYU and non-BYU students the opportunity to test their ability in the language by a non-repeatable 80-question exam, the so-called Tagalog Exemption Exam.

Not surprising BYU has a test.

As well as the Official ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI)
