Question: how would you translate "whataboutism" or "whatabouter

Question: how would you translate "whataboutism" or "whataboutery" to Tagalog? My rudimentary knowledge of it says "pag-e" may work, but I couldn't confirm it in a quick dictionary or Internet search. (And if there's a better translation, would "pag-e" alone let a native speaker guess at my meaning?)
